Jaganathan is a Gold Medalist (University First) Engineer with Business Administration Diploma. He has held key positions in Technology Infrastructure Management for more than 28+ years.
Jaganathan incorporated FutureCalls in the year 2001 and has since handled turnkey infrastructure implementation for various International Call Centers in India. His expertise is primarily in turnkey infrastructure implementation on Build or BO or BOT models. His experience in this category include building turnkey infrastructure for International BPO companies such as AGS Health, Somnia Inc, etc. He has rich experience of consulting and managing complex IT projects including that of OmanTel, Malaysian Airlines, TVS, etc. Jaganathan is in the `IT Advisory Board’ for many companies. Jaganathan is the advisory CIO & CISO of AGS Health, 5000 seater US Healthcare BPO across 9 facilities.
Prior to this role, Jaganathan was Head of Networking with eFunds International. His significant contribution is building the Call Center infrastructure for eFunds at Mumbai which is one of the early international call center operations in India. He was also instrumental in Technology Transition for major outsourcing projects such as West Teleservices, AMEX, etc.

Specifically, he built up the Total India Networking Infrastructure for ANZ Grindlays Bank (currently Standard Chartered Bank). He was part of the Senior Management Team that set up world Class 350-seater BPO Center in Mumbai for EFunds International. He had handled technology migration for key outsourcing projects like West Teleservices, AMEX, etc.

I am Kannan, a 1980 graduate from Annamalai University with a degree in Instrumentation Engineering. In the first 24 years of my career, I commissioned 10 power plants and 5 petrochemical instrumentation packages. For the past 20 years, I have been in the electrical business, manufacturing electrical panels for industries.
